From September 10 to 12, 2026, the 9th Malaysia International Agriculture Technology Exhibition (Agri Malaysia 2026) was grandly held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur. Agrochemical products such as pesticides and fertilizers place extremely stringent demands on packaging seal integrity. In hot and humid tropical climates, defective seals can easily lead to moisture ingress, leakage, oxidation and deterioration - compromising product quality and potentially creating safety and environmental hazards. Combining infrared thermal imaging with deep learning algorithms, the system performs non-contact, in-line inspection of every bottle at full production speed, accurately identifying a full range of sealing defects - including missing caps, tilted caps, loose caps, missing foil liners, double foils, inverted foils, torn or lifted foil edges, weak or false seals, and burnt/overheated seals - while working in conjunction with a rejection mechanism to automatically remove defective products from the line. The system achieves a missed-detection rate as low as one in one hundred thousand and a false-alarm rate below 0.1%. It is compatible with PET, PP and glass bottles, and can be flexibly integrated into filling lines of varying speeds.

Strong On-Site Engagement and Promising Business Leads

Throughout the exhibition, the Hechuan Inspection booth attracted strong interest from agrochemical manufacturers, plantation groups, packaging line integrators and distributors from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and other countries and regions. The company's technical and sales teams held in-depth discussions with visiting customers on topics such as sealing parameter optimization for tropical climates, inspection point design on production lines, and retrofitting legacy lines with modern inspection capabilities.
