Fresh from its appearance at Agri Malaysia 2026 (September 10-12, Kuala Lumpur), Changzhou Hechuan Testing Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hechuan Inspection") continued its Southeast Asia tour in Jakarta, Indonesia, participating in the APROPI-AgrochemBIZ Show Indonesia 2026 on September 15-16. Organized by UAT (Union for Agrochemical Trade) and APROPI, the Indonesian agrochemical industry association, the show has been held annually since 2016 and has become a signature business and technology exchange platform for Indonesia's agrochemical sector - bringing together pesticide, fertilizer and plant growth regulator companies from China, India and Indonesia, with support from Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture institutions in previous editions.

Indonesia is one of the world's major producers and consumers of pesticides and fertilizers, and its bottled filling lines face steadily rising requirements for seal integrity. At the show, Hechuan Inspection presented its AI thermal imaging seal inspection system alongside integrated electromagnetic induction sealing solutions. Built on infrared thermal imaging and deep learning algorithms, the system performs non-contact, in-line inspection of every bottle at full production speed, accurately identifying defects including missing caps, tilted caps, loose caps, missing foil liners, double foils, inverted foils, torn or lifted foil edges, weak or false seals, and burnt/overheated seals - and works with a rejection mechanism to automatically remove defective products, securing the final checkpoint of product quality for agrochemical producers.

During the two-day event, the Hechuan Inspection team held in-depth exchanges with Indonesian agrochemical manufacturers, industry association representatives and regional distributors, covering topics such as sealing parameter optimization for tropical climates, retrofitting existing lines with inspection capabilities, and inspection data traceability for compliance management. Live demonstrations of the system identifying typical defective samples drew strong interest and recognition from visiting delegates.

Several Indonesian agrochemical companies expressed clear interest in further engagement, covering both inspection systems for new production lines and intelligent upgrades of existing lines. Some customers have already scheduled visits to Hechuan Inspection's headquarters in Changzhou, China for on-site evaluation and follow-up cooperation talks.
