It adopts multimodal temperature‑field modeling algorithms that fuse multi‑source data from thermal imaging, visible light and pressure, with inference latency below 5 ms. Built‑in self‑developed improved ResNet attention‑based AI network. Cooperated with Amcor to build a million‑scale defect sample library, supporting rare‑defect recognition and on‑line iterative optimization. Lifetime free cloud‑based firmware upgrades are available for the equipment.
The complete machine features IP65‑rated stainless‑steel protection. It is fitted with Siemens PLC and high‑speed pneumatic rejection mechanism with rejection response ＜0.1 s. It supports production lines up to 250 bags per minute. Seamless integration with MES/ERP enables full‑process data traceability and forms an intelligent closed‑loop covering inspection, rejection and process optimization.
Validated by millions-of-packs field tests on Amcor Huizhou production line for specific packaging products, the IVA-D300 achieves a missed-detection rate <1/1,000,000 and false-rejection rate below 0.2% under this test condition. Performance may vary for different packaging materials, formats and operating environments. It can detect various seal defects including wrinkles, trapped foreign particles, pseudo-sealing and coking. It helps resolve the long-standing industry pain point where conventional devices often fail to detect internal hidden defects, greatly reducing packaging-material loss and customer-complaint risks.
